About NovaMarts

NovaMarts started from a simple, familiar frustration: shopping online in South Africa usually means visiting five different stores. One for phones and laptops. Another for baby gear. Another for e-bikes or cameras — each with its own checkout, its own shipping rules, and often no real stock behind the listing.

We built NovaMarts to be the exception. Instead of listing products we don't actually have and sourcing them only once someone orders, we hold our own stock — laptops and smartphones, baby strollers and car seats, e-bikes and electric scooters, smart watches, cameras, portable power stations and kids' ride-on vehicles — in one catalogue, fulfilled by a small team who handle every order ourselves from our base in Johannesburg.

That means when you order from us, you're not waiting on a supplier three steps removed from the sale, and you're not talking to a call centre reading from a script. You're dealing with the people who actually pack and ship your order.
