Welcome to NovaMarts. By accessing or using our website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Use of our website

You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to place an order with us. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information when placing an order.

2. Product information & pricing

We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, images and pricing. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or pricing are entirely error-free. Prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are subject to change without notice. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price, with a full refund.

3. Orders & payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Payment is made exclusively via bank transfer (EFT) using the bank details provided at checkout and on your invoice. Orders will only be processed and dispatched once payment has been received and confirmed in our account.

4. Shipping & delivery

Shipping costs, delivery areas and estimated delivery times are detailed in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.

5. Returns & refunds

Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

6. Cancellations

You may request to cancel your order before payment has been made, by contacting us at sales@novamarts.co.za. Once payment has been confirmed and an order is being processed or has shipped, cancellations will be treated as a return in line with our Returns Policy.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NovaMarts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products purchased through it.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos and images, is the property of NovaMarts or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
