Shipping Policy

Delivery areas

NovaMarts delivers to addresses across South Africa, including major metros and outlying towns via our courier partners. During checkout you'll enter your delivery address, and we'll confirm any area-specific details by email if needed.

Shipping fees

  • Standard shipping: R150 per order.
  • Free standard shipping on all orders over R2,000.
  • Express shipping may be available for select areas — contact us to check availability.

Delivery times

  • Standard delivery: 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Express delivery (where available): 1-2 business days (selected areas).
  • Large or bulky items (e-bikes, ride-on cars, power stations) may take slightly longer due to freight scheduling — we'll keep you updated by email.

Order processing

Orders are processed once payment via bank transfer (EFT) has been confirmed. Please allow up to 1-2 business days for us to verify your EFT payment before your order is dispatched. You will receive a dispatch notification with tracking information (where applicable) once your order ships.

Tracking your order

Once your order has shipped, we'll email you with courier details so you can track its progress. If you have any questions about the status of your delivery, contact us at sales@novamarts.co.za.

Failed or delayed deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails because no one was available to receive the order, our courier partner will attempt redelivery or contact you to arrange collection. Please ensure your contact details and address are accurate at checkout to avoid delays.
