Returns & Refunds Policy

30-day return window
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided the conditions below are met.
Eligibility for returns
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required for all returns.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items (e.g. opened car seats, used baby products) may not be eligible for return unless faulty.
- Electronics must include all original accessories, manuals and packaging.
How to start a return
To request a return, email us at sales@novamarts.co.za with your order number, the item(s) you'd like to return, and the reason for the return. We'll respond with instructions on how and where to send your item back.
Faulty or damaged items
If an item arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund — including return shipping costs — at no extra cost to you.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method (bank account, for EFT payments) within 5-10 business days.
Return shipping costs
Unless the item is faulty or we made an error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items sent without tracking.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, colour or model, let us know when requesting your return and we'll do our best to arrange this, subject to stock availability.
